Coach House Sports Physiotherapy Clinic will be hosting this special session at 6.45pm on Tuesday 8th August.

All abilities welcome… ABG through to experienced runners. Everyone can benefit from this type of session.

The session will demonstrate warm up and running drills, as well as correcting and discussing injury prevention tips. Coach House will also offer those who attend a 15% discount on treatment or a CSPC Full Body MOT with running technique assessment at the clinic.

Please arrive at the club for 6.45 pm. The session will last for approximately 45 minutes so you will be well warmed up for your group runs which will start as normal from 7.30pm.
