Garth De Roux has started a new Tuesday night training group. All abilities are welcome and the sessions/number of efforts will be tailored to each ability. These sessions will be geared towards those training for Leeds Half Marathon and will also be useful for anyone training for a spring marathon. So, if you want to improve your technique and become a stronger, faster and more efficient runner, come along. This group will set off at 7.30pm on Tuesdays at the same time as the existing training groups. Please speak to Garth at the club if you would like any further information.
