Meltham Tough 10K

This road 10k fully deserves the word ‘tough’ in the title as it involves 674 feet of climbing. Arctic temperatures and strong winds this year made for an even tougher running experience. 391 ran. Hayley Lawrence was the only Harrier taking part. She finished 8th lady overall in 45:14. A great return to racing after her recent injury troubles.
