Marie & Garth's Thursday Winter Training sessions are back starting 5th October. This 5-week rolling plan is designed to help you become: Fitter, Faster and Stronger as well as enable you to maintain consistent training over the winter months.
Nathan is planning a slight change to last year's training rotation with the addition of a tempo session (alternating between Marie's 8 mile winter tempo loop and a 30/28 out to Airedale Leisure Centre). Sessions have a 7:30 start. Hi-vis top is now mandatory kit.
Coach House Sports Physiotherapy Clinic will be hosting this special session. All abilities welcome... ABG through to experienced runners. Everyone can benefit from this type of session. The session will demonstrate warm up and running drills, as well as correcting and discussing injury prevention tips.
It was a fabulous turnout for the latest Discovery Run on Otley Chevin. Runners enjoyed either a 6-mile or 10-mile route. A great night out was had by all. Thanks to Keith Park for the organisation and all group leaders who attended.
Thursday track training is back at Leeds Trinity University this summer! Starting from Thursday 20th April. This year two training sessions will be available. First session at 6pm for those new to track training and 6.50pm for more experienced runners of all abilities.
