Marie & Garth’s summer track training at Leeds Trinity campus. 

If you want to challenge yourself to run faster and be mentally stronger then get yourself along to the Thursday track sessions. These sessions usually run from April to the end of September so if you commit to them you will see the real results that come from consistent training.

All abilities welcome however you do need to be able to run at least 5 miles and have been running regularly for at least 3 months.

Where – Leeds Trinity University Brownberrie Lane

When – every Thursday from 20th April to 21st September inclusive (except for June 1st as it’s our ABC race).

Time –

6:00pm – 6.50pm. Give it a Go sessions.  Suitable for beginners, runners new to running or runners who are unsure if training on a track will suit them. Don’t be scared/put off by what you hear others say about track training, come along and find out for yourself. You run at your speed.

7.00pm – 8:00pm. The three S’s (Speed, Stamina and Style). Suitable for experienced runners of all abilities.
